CLIENT PORTAL ACCESS
Effective December 1, 2021, we updated our secure client portal. Unfortunately, the new portal does require existing portal clients to register again, reset your password, and set up Multi-Factor Authentication.
Registration emails have been sent to all clients, BUT if you do not have a recent registration email, please contact email@example.com indicating your Full Name or that of your Entity, and we will provide you with a registration link ASAP.

We have launched a new online payment platform called Versapay ARC. Please choose any of the options below to make your payment:
Click on the payment link that can be found in the e-mail you received with your invoice notification.
For a personalized experience, we encourage you to complete your Versapay account setup using the invitation link in your email as we are moving away from e-transfer payment methods.
If you have not received your invitation link email or if your invitation has expired, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a new link.
If you have any issues making your payment as indicated above, please click on the link below to make your invoice payment.
Before clicking on the payment/continue button, please be sure that:
You have entered a valid email address to receive the payment confirmation receipt by email (Helpful hint: Use the email registered with your account at Trowbridge);
You have entered the correct invoice number;
You have selected the same currency as indicated on your invoice.
